Good Morning Pension Members
Firstly, please can I take the opportunity to apologise for any concern or confusion that yesterday's message would have caused. Please be assured this email is not a scam and there has been no data breach.
Unfortunately, when generating MSS activation code access through the pension system, the system automatically (and incorrectly) issued a previous email template with the wrong signatory and an old WMFS logo.
We are in the process of rectifying the problem to avoid any repeat situation occurring in the future.
However, should you wish to register and access your pension details, please feel free to follow the link you have received to register. We would like to confirm there is no risk with you doing this.
If you register, you will gain access to your pension details, ease of updating your address, beneficiary details and spouse/widow pension details.
Lastly, once again, we would like to apologise for the confusion and any inconvenience that may have been caused.
We will continue to work hard to ensure that the administration provision that we provide is of a high standard.
